Black Travel Club is a community and travel-discovery brand powered operationally by VacayOS and presented by 360 Brand Advancement & Management. This policy explains how information submitted through Black Travel Club is handled.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, mobile number, state, preferred departure airport, travel preferences, destination votes, referral information, membership relationship, event interest, and requests for travel assistance.

How we use information

We use this information to manage community membership, personalize travel and event opportunities, understand departure markets and destination interest, respond to travel requests, attribute referrals, improve services, and maintain the relationship between Black Travel Club, Team Vacay, VacayOS, an assigned advisor, quotes, bookings, servicing, documents, commissions, and future travel.

Canonical records

Black Travel Club does not operate a separate customer, event, trip, booking, or inventory database. Canonical customer and operational records are maintained through VacayOS to reduce duplication and preserve accurate attribution and audit history.

Email and SMS consent

Newsletter email updates require a separate, unchecked opt-in and an email confirmation. Newsletter signup does not create a Community account, reserve travel or enroll you in SMS. Email and SMS marketing permissions are separate. Existing unsubscribe and suppression preferences are preserved. You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email. Community account access and essential service messages are separate from optional marketing. New Community enrollment is still being prepared.

Data sharing and sale

We do not sell raw customer data. Information may be shared with authorized service providers, advisors, host agencies, suppliers, and business partners only when needed to provide requested services, operate the community, fulfill a booking, meet legal obligations, or protect the platform.

Security and retention

We use access controls, private staging protections, secure server-to-server connections, audit data, backups, and other reasonable safeguards. Information is retained as needed for membership, service, attribution, financial, legal, security, and historical recordkeeping requirements.

Your choices

You may request correction of your profile information or changes to your communication preferences. Some booking, payment, audit, and legal records may need to be retained.
