Cuba is celebrating its 500 years of colonial establishment and we want to share the rich Black cultures, peoples, traditions and legacies that have been the lifeline of the island. Join us as we participate in this occasion to celebrate and honor 500 years of Blackness in Cuba.
This trip is a little different than the other Cuba trips we’ve promoted, and is very history and spiritually heavy for people who have a genuine and deep interest in these subject matters.
We will be flying into Santiago de Cuba, located on the eastern end of the island, spending two days there, then taking an overnight bus to Havana. We will spend the remainder of the trip in Havana with one day trip to Matanzas and Varadero beach. Participants are advised not to book any flights until they fill out the client information form. Participant passports must have seven months of validity after December 23, 2019. Baggage fees and Cuba visa purchase are the responsibility of the participant.
